Rinsola Babajide named in England U21s training camp squad
Reds forward Babajide named in England U21 squad
Mo Marley has named her England U21s squad for this month’s training camp which includes Liverpool F.C. Women forward Rinsola Babajide.
Babajide was part of Marley's under-20 side that won a bronze medal last summer with the U20s in France and has netted twice this season for the Reds.
The 22-strong squad, introduced for the current season as part of The FA’s approach to youth development and providing a pathway for talented youngsters will be based at St. George's Park [14-17 January].
There are returns for goalkeeper Sian Rogers and forward Lauren Hemp, who was ruled out of the November camp due to injury.
Head coach Marley said: “We’re all excited to meet up for our first camp of 2019.
“The players always enjoy training at the national football centre.
“The four-day camp gives us an opportunity to work as a group once again.”
